AttestDesign Ltd. can only process trial work that takes up to two hours to complete, such as logo design, image restoration, complex raster-to-vector conversion, high-end retouching, etc. Including the website address when filling out the free trial form is mandatory. Personal image editing works are not eligible for the free trial offer. In such cases, users can send a quote request instead. AttestDesign Ltd. reserves the right to accept trial work only if enough contact information is provided.
AttestDesign Ltd. aims to provide the highest quality services. If users are not satisfied with the results, AttestDesign Ltd. will make reasonable corrections and amendments as necessary without additional charge. However, AttestDesign Ltd. only makes amendments if the error results from good client communication. Any amendments made as part of the quality guarantee are without prejudice to AttestDesign Ltd.

AttestDesign Ltd. keeps backups of old done/raw files for only three months. After three months, the backup server automatically deletes the old files. If users need their image files, they must notify AttestDesign Ltd. within these three months. Only then can AttestDesign Ltd. re-upload them.
